HAMBURGER RICE BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef, very lean
2 lg. onions, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. regular rice, uncooked
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Saute beef, onion, and green pepper until brown. Drain off fat. Place beef, onion, and pepper in 2-quart casserole. Stir in tomatoes, rice and seasonings. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Quick and easy. Veggies can be prepared a day ahead.
