GREEN BEANS - OPEN SESAME 
1 lb. green beans, cut julienne
3 tbsp. tamari sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 lg. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. toasted sesame seeds

Steam beans until crisp tender, about 10 minutes. Combine tamari, oil and nutmeg in large skillet over low to medium heat. Add mushrooms and saute until just tender. Add beans and toss lightly. Add sesame seeds and toss again. Makes 6 servings.

Similar to soy sauce, but less salty.
