TUNA SALAD SANDWICHES 
1 can tuna, packed in water
1/4 c. finely chopped apples
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 c. chopped celery
Just enough low fat mayonnaise to hold it all together

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate long enough to cool and serve on toasted slices of sour dough bread or whole wheat English muffins.

Note: We use a whole small apple, chopped, and 1 stalk of celery, chopped. Also I add more dill weed. It sounds strange to use apples but when it's all mixed, you don't taste the individual ingredients. It's good!
