2 eggs, unbeaten
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Break eggs into bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well with spoon ignoring lumps. Fill cold greased muffin pans 3/4 full. Put in cold oven. Turn to 450 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Don't peek!!!
