FRUIT BATTER COBBLER 
3 c. fruit, spread in pan
2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix with enough milk to make a soft dough and spread over fruit. Mix 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Pour over dough. Pour 1 cup boiling water over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
