BAKED TARRAGON CHICKEN 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and halved

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In shallow dish, combine butter, mustard, and garlic powder. In another shallow dish combine bread crumbs, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken breasts in butter mixture; coat with crumb mixture. Place in 12 x 8 inch (2 quart) baking dish. Sprinkle any remaining crumbs over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clean. 4 servings.
