FRITO CASSEROLE 
12 oz. Frito corn chips (do not use light kind, rather regular)
30 oz. Hunts chili beans
30 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. enchilada sauce
4 c. grated cheese (cheddar is best)
2 tbsp. instant onion
2 c. sour cream

Combine all ingredients. Mixture will be thin. Heat for about 30 minutes at 375 degrees until mixture is bubbly clear through. Delicious. Will serve 12 to 15. Serve with Jello salad and a tossed salad.
