QUICK POTATO SOUP 
4 c. water
1 c. milk
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. chopped onion
4 chicken bouillon cubes
32 oz. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Cooked ham or sausage
Parsley flakes

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil; add next 4 ingredients and simmer until potatoes are done. May add ham or sausage and parsley flakes.
