SUGAR-FREE CAKE 
4 eggs (or substitute eggs or egg whites)
1 c. sour cream or 1 block cream cheese (less fat)
1/3 c. canola oil (3 times in cake mix for moisture)
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. water
2 boxes sugar-free cake mix (Sweet 'N Low)

Mix all ingredients together at once. Beat 2 to 3 minutes. Grease and flour small Bundt pan or oblong pan. Spray with nonstick spray, if desired.

Bake at 375°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
