COCONUT MACAROONS 
4 c. (1 pkg.) angel flake coconut
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
3/8 tsp. salt
6 egg whites, unbeaten
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from pan at once!
