PRUNE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. cooked unsweetened prunes
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Mix all together. Bake in a bundt pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 250 to 300 degrees.
