PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. Mazola cooking oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine sugar and eggs. Add oil, cinnamon, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Add nuts.

Pour in 3 nine inch baking pans, greased and floured. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until done.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. cream cheese (12 oz.)
1 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix softened cream cheese and milk. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
