TERRY'S ZESTY ROAST AND
VEGETABLES
 
1 beef roast
8-10 potatoes, peeled and quartered
10 carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 onion, quartered or chopped
1 lg. bottle or Catalina salad dressing
1/2 bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing
Seasoned Italian bread crumbs
Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Line pan with foil, put roast in center of pan. Surround with potatoes, carrots, and onion. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder it to taste. Pour bottle of Catalina over everything, the Zesty Italian.

Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hour. Uncover last 1/2 hour to brown meat and potatoes.
