RACHEL'S POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. jar bacon bits

Thaw hash browns and allow cream cheese to soften. Mix hash browns, cream cheese and soups. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. While still hot, top with grated cheese then sprinkle with bacon bits all over the top.
