NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
Scant 2 c. Crisco or 1 3/4 c. lard
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. vinegar

Cut shortening into flour and salt. Combine milk and vinegar; pour over flour mixture and mix gently until well combined. Makes 2 (2 crust) pies or 4 single crust pies. Freezes well or store in refrigerator.
