VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
2 (16 oz.) pkg. California blend frozen vegetables
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 can French fried onions

Cook vegetables until warm. Reserve 1/4 cup cheese. Mix together soup, sour cream and rest of cheese. Mix together with vegetables and spread in casserole. Flatten. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese and onions on top. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves a lot!
