FUDGIE SCOTCH RING | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. walnut halves Melt all chips and milk over hot water in a double boiler, not boiling. Stir as thickens occasionally. Remove, add walnuts and vanilla. Blend well. Chill about 1 hour. Line bottom of 9" pie pan with foil. Place 3/4 cup walnut halves to form a 2" wide flat ring. Spoon chocolate mix on top in small mounds to form ring. Decorate with leftover nut halves. Chill until firm enough to slice. |
