ROASTED NEW POTATOES 
24 sm. new potatoes
1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter, melted

Cook unpeeled potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes, drain and cool slightly. Quarter potatoes. Toss in melted butter. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dredge cut sides of potatoes in mixture. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet (coated with cooking spray). Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
