SWEDISH APPLE PIE 
Cooking apples (enough to fill pie dish)
3/4 c. butter (soft, almost melted)
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Peel and slice apples, mix apples with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon, put in pie dish. Mix butter, sugar, flour, egg together. With a big spoon, drop onto apples. Does not have to cover apples.
