FRIED PIE CRUST 
5 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix well, pinch off little pieces about the size of a walnut. Roll thin, put a tablespoon of fruit in center. Wet edge of crust. Fold over and fry in deep oil. About 20 pies.
