CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. Corn Syrup
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients.

Cook in microwave on high 2 minutes. Stir and cook 2 more minutes. Add 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1 tsp. vanilla.

Put 5 quarts of popped corn in a brown paper grocery bag, add above mixture. Fold top of bag over and shake. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake and microwave 1 1/2 minutes more.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
