SPANISH CORN BREAD 
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. natural cheddar cheese
1 lg. onion, chopped
12 oz. can jalapeno peppers
1 tsp. baking powder
#2 can creamed corn
1/2 c. cooking oil

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
