PEANUT BRITTLE CANDY 
1 c. sugar
1 c. dark Karo syrup
2 c. raw peanuts

Put in pot, all at one time. Boil for 20 minutes or until it reaches hard crack on candy thermometer. Take off heat, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and beat a little. Pour into greased pan. Break into pieces when cold.
