DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 cubes butter
2/3 c. nuts (walnuts, etc.), grated

Mix and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 carton lg. Cool whip

Mix until smooth and spread on cool pie crust.

3 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. pudding (instant or cooked type)

Note: Cool cooked pudding before spreading over the top of cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.
