ROQUEFORT DRESSING 
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Dash of wine vinegar
1 1/2 squares crumbled Roquefort cheese
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving to allow flavors to blend. Makes about 2 cups.
