STIR FRIED CAJUN VEGETABLES 
1 good size zucchini
1 good size yellow zucchini
1 lg. onion
1 stalk fresh broccoli
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste (cracked pepper is great)

Cut up vegetables in good size pieces; slice the zucchini 1/2 inch. Put aside. prepare butter and spices in large skillet. When butter is good and hot, add vegetables and stir fry for about 7-8 minutes until tender.

Served good over buttered noodles. You can also add cajun shrimp with this, mixed in with vegetables.
