SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE AND NUT
TOPPING
 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix the above and pour into Pyrex dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Crumble together and sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until golden brown.
