SWEET AND SOUR BEEF 
1 jar chili sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
3-4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. beef stock base
8 oz. water

Mix ingredients and pour over 3 1/2 pounds beef. (I use rump, brisquet or another lean cut). Cover. Bake for 3 hours. Remove meat. Remove any fat from sauce and thicken slightly if desired. Slice meat and put back. Heat. Freezes well. Delicious. Feeds 6-8.
