"BALTIMORE AND OHIO" BARBECUED
BEEF RIBS
 
4 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
18 roasted beef ribs or braised short ribs (or combination)

Combine all ingredients except ribs in large saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange ribs in single layer in large shallow roasting pan. Cover each rib with 1/4 cup sauce. Bake until crisp, about 25 minutes. 6 servings.
