LEMON JELLO PIE 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1/3 c. sugar
1 lemon, juice & rind
1 c. hot water
2 pie shells
1 can evaporated milk

Put milk in refrigerator to get cold enough to whip. Combine other ingredients and dissolve with hot water. Put in refrigerator until it starts to thicken, then whip. Whip the milk and combine the two. Put in pie shells and serve with whipped cream or your favorite topping. Makes 2 pies.
