EASY CHEESE CAKE 
Step 1 Crust:

8 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. graham crackers

Mix all; put into spring pan. Do not pack.

Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes. Cool crust before adding filling.

Step 2 Filling:

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. cream cheese

Cream sugar and eggs; add cream cheese and vanilla.

Bake 30 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 3 Topping:

1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
dash of vanilla

Mix well; put on top of filling.

Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
