CRABMEAT ROCKEFELLER 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash cayenne pepper
1 c. grated cheese

Cook spinach as directed on package; drain well. Mix bread crumbs with spinach. Mix mayonnaise, cayenne, lemon juice, mustard and grated onion well.

Place spinach mixed with bread crumbs on shells. Top with 2 heaping tablespoons crabmeat. Top crabmeat with 2 heaping tablespoons of sauce. Add grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and is bubbly. Will serve 8.
