CRANBERRY GLAZED PORK 
1 boned pork roast, 5 to 6 lbs.
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, mashed
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sherry
Dash of cloves

Place roast in oven in a shallow roasting pan. Roast at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until sauce is smooth and thick. Remove roast from oven and drain off excess fat. Spoon cranberry mixture over roast and return to oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven to platter and again spoon glaze over roast.
