Flour
Oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. hot water
Stew meat
Carrots
Potatoes

Put flour in plastic bag. Shake pepper and salt inside, mix around. Add stew meat, coat well. In hot skillet add oil then cook stew meat. Remove meat. Add ketchup, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, 2 cups hot water; mix well. Then add meat. Cut up carrots, potatoes in bite size pieces. Add to above. Cook for 1 hour. Mmm good.
