1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 Cheddar cheese
tortilla chips

Spread refried beans in a baking dish. In a bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning. Finely chop garlic and add to mixture. Spread evenly over bean mixture. Grate cheese over top and bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350°F.

May garnish with sliced olives, diced tomatoes and chopped onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
