FRUIT PRESERVES 
2 c. raspberries (whole)
1/4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Mix together in a 2 quart measure, microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir and let cool completely. Jam will thicken as it cools. Makes 1 1/2 cups. 19 calories per 2 tbsp.

May use blueberries, strawberries (chopped), peaches, or apricots.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
