CINNAMON APPLESAUCE SALAD 
1 tbsp. cinnamon candies
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 lb. can (2 c.) applesauce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Melt cinnamon candies in hot water, heating further, if necessary. Pour over Jello and stir to dissolve. Add applesauce. Chill until partially set. Fold in celery and nuts. Mold and chill until firm. Serves 6-8.
