PIZZA SALAD 
Salad:

1 lb. spiral macaroni, cooked and drained
Cherry tomatoes
1 lb. cubed cheddar cheese
1-2 bunches of green onions, chopped
3 oz. sliced pepperoni

In a large bowl, combine macaroni, tomatoes, cheese, onion and pepperoni.

Dressing:

3/4 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine and pour over salad. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Top with croutons just before serving, if desired.
