CHEESE WAFERS 
2 sticks butter
1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. grated New York extra sharp cheese
2 c. flour
1 c. crumbled Rice Krispies or cornflakes
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 tbsp. paprika

Combine ingredients in the order listed, cutting them in with a pastry blender until a mixture that leaves sides of the bowl forms. Work by hand 3 to 4 minutes until a smooth ball is formed. Roll into walnut-sized balls. Place balls on an ungreased baking sheet and then flatten each one with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Makes 60-75 wafers.
