16 oz. sliced turkey meat, from deli
10 flour tortillas
1 pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 jar salsa, any type you prefer
butter spray

Spray pan with butter spray. Brown tortilla shell until lightly golden. Place turkey and cheese in shell and fold over. When tortilla is lightly golden, remove, cut into 3 sections and serve hot. Delicious dipped in salsa.
