HOT CRAB TRIANGLES | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. milk 1/4 tsp. salt dash of cayenne 1 (6 oz.) can white crab meat, drained 2 tbsp. minced chives or green onion 2 tbsp. finely chopped, blanched almonds 12 slices firm type white bread, crusts removed paprika Preheat oven to 400°F. Beat cheese until fluffy. Combine mustard with milk and add to cheese with salt, cayenne, crab meat, chives, and almonds. Mix well and spread generously on bread slices. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Cut each slice in 4 triangles; put on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until well browned. |
