MEAT & POTATO SALAD | |
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. horseradish 1 tsp. salt 4 c. cubed, cooked potatoes 1 can (12 oz.) luncheon meat, cut up in strips 8 oz. cheddar or swiss cheese, cut in strips 1/2 c. diced celery 1/2 c. sliced green onions 1/2 c. sliced radishes 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 3 hard-cooked eggs, diced Mix mayonnaise and horseradish together with salt. Add all ingredients. Mix together. Cover and chill. Makes about 8 cups. Good and filling. |
