BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. strips of beef or hamburger meat
1 minced onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Dash of Tabasco
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 c. beef bouillon
1 carton sour cream

Cook meat in 1 tablespoon butter until it loses redness. Add onion for additional 5 minutes. Pour in sprayed casserole dish. Cook additional ingredients except for sour cream until thick. Beat in sour cream. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve over hot noodles. Serves 6.
