CORN BEEF MOUND (EASY) 
1 can corn beef broken and mashed
4 green onions, tops chopped
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. horseradish or Tabasco
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Sour cream
Snack crackers

Mix all ingredients well and form into ball. Line a small mixing bowl with Saran Wrap. Place ball in bowl and lightly wrap. Refrigerate for a long time (i.e. overnight). Remove, place on serving dish, cover with sour cream. Serve with crackers.
