SUGAR COATED PECANS 
1 egg whites
4 c. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

In a large bowl beat egg white and 1 tablespoon water until frothy. Stir in remaining ingredients; stir until nuts are evenly coated. Spread onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool. Store in a tightly covered container. Makes 4 cups. Serves 12.
