SAUERKRAUT RELISH | |
1 lg. can sauerkraut 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1 c. diced celery 1 sm. jar pimento 1 pt. green beans, drained 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. water 1 green pepper, diced Onion to taste 1 can red kidney beans, drained Rinse sauerkraut in cold water; drain well. Mix sugar, vinegar, oil and water; bring to boil. Pour over kraut and let stand overnight. Then add rest of ingredients. |
