BAKED HAM 
Ham
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 cup pineapple topping
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Trim the outside of ham, then rub ham with brown sugar and bake 16 or 17 minutes per pound at 300 or 325°F. When done remove from oven, pour vinegar over ham and return to oven for 15 minutes. Mix corn starch, pineapple topping, sugar and mustard. Cook and stir over medium heat until dissolved. Baste ham and return to oven for 15 minutes.

You can bake ham whole or boned. If you bake it whole, after trimming it, score ham in diamond shapes, take whole cloves and stick in ham to decorate before baking.
