ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 pkg. raw spinach
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can drained bean sprouts
3 or 4 sliced hard boiled eggs
6 to 8 slices bacon (crisp and crumbled) OR Bacos to taste

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix all ingredients of dressing together and chill overnight. Wash, break, drain and chill spinach. Add bacon, water chestnuts, bean sprouts and hard cooked eggs to spinach and toss lightly with chilled dressing just before serving.
