PUMPKIN DESSERT 
BASE:

1 c. flour
1 c. coconut
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

FILLING:

2 (16 oz.) cans pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. flour

Combine first 4 ingredients and pat in 9"x13" pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING: Mix all of filling ingredients and pour on base and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until silver knife inserted and comes out clean. Top with Cool Whip when cold.
