1 lb. broccoli
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook broccoli until just tender and still bright green. Combine sour cream, honey, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Heat gently. Pour over broccoli or serve in a sauce boat. Serves 4-6.
